Dry Rooms
  • Dust/wipe down ceiling fans
  • Closet, pantry and cabinet shelves
  • Fireplace – clean glass, vacuum vents, and remove ashes (if applicable)
  • Wipe down all railings and banisters
  • Vacuum out and wipe down all window sills and tracks (door tracks as well)
  • Washer and dryer (clean only tops)
  • Sweep garage (upon request)
Wet Rooms
Bathroom(s)
  • Top to bottom toilet and behind
  • Scrub shower/tub
  • Clean shower doors and tracks
  • Clean and polish counters and sink/faucet
  • Hand mop floors and wall base
Kitchen
  • Dishwasher – clean inside rim and outer door
  • Microwave – clean inside and polish outside
  • Refrigerator – clean inside and out, top, behind (only if moves freely)
  • Range top – drip pans should be replaced, lift oven top and clean underneath.
  • Oven – inside, outside, behind/under oven (only if moves freely)
  • Clean and polish sink/faucets
