During our consultation call and on our first visit, our team leader will spend time getting to know you, the tasks at hand, and any concerns you may want to convey.
Typically, the same team returns to your home on a regular basis. From time-to-time there may be team changes, but be assured a seasoned team member will always be on-site.
Our rate for residential cleaning services is $40/hr. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly, as well as contract services.
We prefer to begin our relationship with a whole house deep clean. We offer 5% off of our deep cleaning services so we can then maintain your home more efficiently and at a lower cost ongoing. Ask us about our apartment cleaning services, and don't forget about spring cleaning!
Ongoing Residential House Cleaning: Our ongoing residential cleaning services consists of bathrooms, kitchen, floors and dusting as we go to give your home an overall face lift. This is based on an hourly or bid price. After an initial deep clean we maintain the cleanliness of your home on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis. This is not a deep clean as there is minimal time to spend on rotating items or extra attention to deep stains, built up grime & dirt. Please leave a list of items that you may want done and we will try to get to those on your cleaning day. If you are paying hourly, additional time may be needed or expect that some other items may not be done. We always do our best to accommodate.
Special cleaning needs: We offer priority list/special cleaning and housekeeping services at an hourly charge of $40/hour. This is a list of items that you would like us to specifically perform that are not part of our ongoing residential cleaning. Items such as base boards, blinds, vents, inside of oven/fridge, making beds, laundry, kitchen clean up and items that need a deep cleaning (stains, build up of soap scum/dust, etc). Your priority/specials list may need extra time so you have the feeling of an overall clean home.
Priority/specials lists need to go from high priority to low priority. Please make sure your list is on the counter. We'll indicate what was done in the time contracted for. Be as specific as possible, so you will be happy with the results!
